Looks are deceivingApr 12, 2012
By CSH Bought this watch less than five months ago and it has stopped working. I have twice filled out the Torgoen contact/repair form online and have yet to hear from a representative. It is a beautiful watch and as I am a professional pilot, I could not resist such a nice looking E6B watch at a reasonable price. Within two months I had to have the battery replaced. I accept that the watch could have been sitting on the shelf for a long time since manufacture, so that was not a big deal. However, the crown has pulled out of the case twice while being set. Both times it was reinserted and seemed to be secure. Last week I noticed that there seemed to be an unusual rattle coming from the watch. When I looked at it I noticed that it had stopped and it sounded as though something was rolling around loose inside the case. Overall I am very disappointed in the timepiece and the company.
