I do not understand.....Sep 16, 2009

I read all the reviews...amazing me...I have Dell Laptop Studio 1737 I bought The Daytona II I follow the instruction and it is working fine! let me explain: after I turn on the laptop I install the "transmiter" in the USB port as soon as I plug it in the little light turns on (as it should) I turn upside down the mouse and turn on the little switch, the mouse light turn on as well (as it should)...now to activate the "transmiter to the mouse and viceversa" I press the little button on the USB already installed USB device...the light start flashing, without delay I turn the mouse upside down and I press the little button ...the connection is made and I can use the mouse normally...also the two side switches work perfect one advance forward the other one backward. It is true that you can not scroll down those little arrows as reported ...then I use the pad from my laptop to do it...thats why I do not give the 5 stars! I followed the instruction booklet that came with the Daytona and worked ok. I came here in order to order another one for a friend of mine. [...]... something is wrong. best wishes to all of you! Absolute Junk!Jul 17, 2009
By Phil Talbot I do not really know where to begin. Other than the sleek looks, the Daytona II Swissgear Wireless Optical Mouse is junk. It has never worked and I am not willing to waste my time trying to have it replaced. I cannot believe any respectable company would have their name associated with such a lousy product. If it was possible, I would have given it a "0" instead of "1" star. If you are looking for a mouse, look elsewhere.

By ziggerknot so i have had this mouse for almost two years and it works great. although after two years of use my abusive "heavy fingers" have broken the scroll wheel clicking feature, also i have bent the rather large usb plugin a bit so it fits rather funny, battery life is descent about two weeks to a month on one set (heavy use), range is really short but i use it with a laptop so id doesn't bother me. build feels solid only giving three stars because of all the other complaints about it how it has failed. other than that it performs average for the type of mouse it is. originally got it for 7 bucks at hastings and got it for the five button feature.
Never WorkedMay 29, 2009
By Princess This product simply does not work. I think the design is ok but it never worked on either of the laptops I own: one is a Dell1501 and the other Lenova X200. I loved the red color and the design but that's about as far as the "good comments" from me would go. Even though my system said new device ready indicating all of the software needed for use was installed, it just didn't work. Save your money.
It's okay for $10May 20, 2009

I bought this mouse at Marshalls for $10. Wenger makes a really good wallet and belt, so I figured I give this mouse a shot.
I feel that the feel of the construction is average. But the looks of the mouse is above average. In terms of the sensitivity, it's has a high response factor for a small input. I guess it's okay.
Yes, I would buy this mouse again for $10.... caveat: I have used this mouse less than 1 week sparingly. no comments on battery life or durability
