This is one heck of a beautiful timepiece. I own many watches including some high end Swiss watches and this one rates as among the best. It's big, it's heavy and just a beautiful timepiece to look at.
If you're after a simple analog wristwatch without all the bells and whistles, then I recommend you give the 6250 some consideration. This is Swiss craftsmanship at its best at a rock bottom bargain price from Amazon.

I wanted a big and heavy watch which also look nice. I was so suprised when I recieved it. The watchs weight is 357 grams before You make the band shorter. Now after have shortened mine the weight is 315 grams. The watch isnt only big and heavy it is a good looking watch and the comments from people around me is very positive!

I just received this watch and am quite pleased with it. I've read other reviews about this watch and some were spot on, while some left me wondering who is trying to wear such a "manly" watch. First let me say that I own a couple of other "Invicta" watches and I like the brand because they are bigger than your average watch. I am a big guy and nothing is more frustrating than buying a watch online, receiving it and finding out how small it is. This watch is big, not too big but big enough to fit my needs. It is also weighted very nicely, meaning you will definitely know that you are wearing the watch because you will fill it on your arm. It looks real good and i can see this wearing well with either dress clothes or casual clothes, so i'm very pleased.
Now the two things that I don't like is 1) the stainless steel bracelet makes too much noise. You can hear it as it slides on your wrist (i didn't have to remove any links, just adjusted the clasp 2 spots), so it's a very nice fit, but the stainless "sounds" cheap when it moves like that. 2) It is supposed to have "trinight" or whatever that stuff is so you can see the hands in the dark, I've yet to see that happen, but like I said I just received the watch and am writing this the next day, but I've held it under the light for about 10-15 minutes and still nothing. Not a big deal but if it doesn't change, i'll just know to whip out my cell phone if i'm somewhere dark and need to know the time.
All in all, so far, so good. I hope to have a long time enjoying this watch, it looks really good and (expensive), fits well on the wrist.
